Tripura University invites admissions for the following Masters Degree and Post Graduate Diploma programmes of the 2012-13 academic session.
1) M.A & M.Com. programmes: English, Hindi, History, Sanskrit, Economics, Bengali, Music, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Commerce, Education, Fine Arts(Painting & Sculpture) and Music(Dance & Classical Music).
2) M.Sc. programmes: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Botany, Geography & Disaster Management, Physiology, Statistics and Zoology.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with bachelor’s degree, Honours / Major subjects of a recognised University under 10+2+3 pattern of education are eligible to apply for admission in their respective subjects / courses of study. Candidates who have passed without Honours / Major with minimum 45% of marks in aggregate and in the subjects sought for admission are also eligible to apply for admission (40% marks in case of SC/ST/PH).For M.Sc programmes. Candidates who have passed without Honours / Major with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate and in the subjects sought for admission are also eligible to apply for admission(45% marks in case of SC/ST/PH).
3) P.G. Diploma programmes: Rubber Technology, Tribal & Ethnic Studies, Bamboo Cultivation & Resource utilisation, Kok-brook.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with bachelor's degree of a recognised university under 10 +2 +3 pattern of education with minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in the respective discipline are eligible to apply for admission (40% marks in case of SC/ST/PH).

Forms can be obtained in person from the respective departments and during summer vacation from Academic Section in the Administrative Building on payment of
